Citizens State Bank works with Fraud Falcon services to help identify and prevent fraudulant transactions on your debit card. If any transactions that are unusual or outside of your normal spending patterns occur on your card, this may prompt Fraud Falcon to contact you to confirm the transaction(s). Once you are notified by Fraud Falcon and inform them the transaction in question is unauthorized, they will immediately block the card. Fraud Falcon is available 24/7 at (866)508-2693 if you have questions regarding suspicious transactions on your debit card.

Brella is a free mobile app that helps protect you from fraud by sending alerts when your card is used so you can quickly detect unauthorized activity. You choose which alerts to receive and when. Alerts include:
Purchases exceeding thresholds you set.
Purchases made via the internet or over the phone.
Suspicious or high-risk purchases.
If you receive an alert, you can quickly take action to prevent fraud.

After downloading the app and telling it which purchases you'd like to keep an eye on, you can receive email alerts 24/7 whenever a
suspicious debit card purchase is made. Brella can also email you anytime a purchase was made in a foreign country.
