Changes to Online and Mobile banking


Overview of the upcoming changes to Online and Mobile Banking

Citizens State Bank is pleased to announce some new and exciting enhancements to our Online and Mobile banking services.  The changes will be available beginning on June 21, 2017.

The first time logging into online banking you need to do the following:

  1. Go to
  2. Log into online banking using your existing login credentials.
  3. You will be prompted to change your password.  The new password must be at least 8 characters and contain a number, an upper case letter, lower case letter, and a special character (i.e. $%&*!#).
  4. Finish the login process by following the onscreen content.
  5. Mobile users must do steps 1, 2 and 3 first.  Then you will need to delete the current App and download the new App (via iTunes or Google Store) under the name "Citizens State Bank Monticello IA".  Once downloaded then login to the App using your existing user ID and the new password created in Step 3.
