ATTENTION QUICKBOOKS, QUICKEN, QUICKBOOKS ONLINE, AND MINT USERS
Citizens State Bank is migrating to a new online and mobile banking system on May 10, 2021. Online and mobile banking will be unavailable starting at 6 pm May 7th until 10 am May 10th. During this time period no new activity will be available for download to Quicken, Quickbooks, Quickbooks Online or Mint (“Intuit” applications).
To ensure a smooth transition please follow these steps:
1st Action Date: 6 P.M. CST on May 7, 2021
Prior to this deadline, ensure all activity in online banking is downloaded and processed within your Intuit application. Second, backup your Intuit data (refer to conversion instructions below for more information on backing up data).
2nd Action Date: 9:00 A.M. CST on May 10th, 2021
Login to online banking and complete the one-time authentication process to verify your account. Then download your most recent transactions and upload into your Intuit Account.
